A. 的did you go. 勉强可以. 不过是小孩的英文语法. had arrived 的had 是肯定不行的. 可以是 have arrived.
Where have you been 你都跑哪去啦？
Where didi you go 你那时候是去那里呢？（这样问问题得不出实质性答案，因为那时去一个地方，但真正耽误时间是在另一个地方）
I would have been 我将已经...(虚拟将来完成时)一定要有将来的成分，因为那个回答里面说的都是过去的，过去相对于现在当然就是将来啦
