摘要：目的 探讨切开挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床方法及疗效.方法 对136例复杂性肛瘘,采用切开挂线,旷置引流治疗.结果 136例一次手术治愈118例,二次手术治愈13例,二次手术失败后转院治疗5例.结论 切开挂线、搔刮、旷置引流等方法治疗复杂性肛瘘,疗效比较满意,可作为肛瘘一种好的手术方法选择.

Introduction： Objective disscusson clinical treatment and curative effect for curing complex anal fistula by incision and threaddrawing therapy. Methodology 136 cases complex anal fistula suffrers were cured by the methodology that is scoraping and incision and threaddrawing therapy and endoprosthesis therapy.Results 118 cases were successfully treated by the first therapy,while 13 cases were cured two-stage barring uncured 5 cases which transfered to another hospital.Results it is curative effect methodology to cure complex anal fistula that is compound scoraping and incision and threaddrawing therapy
