过去分词作状语其实也就是从状语从句变过来的,比如Given another hour,I can also work out this problem.这句话就是条件状语,If I am given another hour,i can also work out this problem.而另一句Having finished his homework,he began to watch TV.则是时间状语,After he had finished his homework,he began to watch TV.可以发现,从句和主句的主语是一致的,但在分词作状语的句子中主语被省略了,所以表面上看起来是和主句的主语存在主谓关系

应该是having finished his homework, he began to watch TV.用现在完成时的进行时才算对,因为finish是不可延续的瞬时性的动词。
