1.It's (high) time (that) + 从句,从句时态必须用过去时（虚拟语气）.
2.would rather + 从句,从句时态必须用过去时（虚拟语气）.
3.非真实条件虚拟句,与将来事实相反的话,主句用might/ would...+ 动词原形,从句有三种形式：should + 动原、were to do sth.、动词一般过去式
