第二题，the postman ，他应该是被咬过，所以用被动态
第三题：被鼓励，如果你想选择D的话，要在having的后面加上一个been表示被动态
第四题，同理，他应该是被告诉过很多次，因为是已经被告诉过多次，所以要用完成时态，同时是被告诉的，选择被动态
