1.前句是典型的there be句型,seem仅起微弱的“似乎”的含义,因为是动词,所以与be之间有不定式to.It不能表达possibility,只能说“有某种可能性”,非“是某种可能性”.
后句表达对前句的理解,that's...
2.同样there's表达“有...”的含义.这句意思是说“有Harry呢,尽管他并不是非常出色的球员”.另几个选择表达不出“有”的含义.
