this essay has focus on two parts to talk over the foreign business correspondence,
the first one is the problems exsit, there are three, one is that the understanding of English vocalulary is not enough, two is that the use of vocabulary is not flexible enough, three is the unrecgnizition of the forgein culture and western thinking mode.
the second is the translating skills: to use word politely, to avoid some negtive tone, to consider the efficiency and strategy
