Wang Hui joined the Company as a Junior Technician of the Engineering Team in July 2010. He has good leadership skills in work arrangement, independent problem solving ability and a strong sense of responsbility.
After we had finished replacing all the lamps of "Taste and Banquet" into LED lamps, we found out that the lamp covers could not close properly. Such gap would affect food hygiene and the safety of our guests. If we were to replace all the 573 lamp covers, it would take a long time and cost us RMB21,258.8. In order to save this cost and ensure the smooth operation of the outlet(s), Wang volunteered to work overtime for 10 consecutive days and one day off to fill the gaps one by one with zinc.
During one night shirt, a foreign couple used the DVD incorrectly and caused a power shut-down in the room. Wang immediately went to their room upon their requst and fixed the problem by asking them what had happened. They were very grateful that the room had the power back and Wang's proactive attitude.
