6.Holiday:
6.1 You are entitled to 20 working days paid holiday per year.This holiday entitlement may be subject to include all statutory public holidays.You may or may not carry forward holiday entitlement into the next holiday year,subject to the discretion of the Employer,Payment for holidays will be calculated in accordance with the Working Time Regulations 1998 based upon your Basic Salary.
6.2 If you work on a statutory public holiday this will not count as part of your holiday entitlement.
6.3 Your holiday entitlement will accrue from week to week.
6.4 On the termination of your employment you will be entitled to be paid for holiday accrued pro rata in the rear and not taken.
If at the time of termination you have taken in excess of your accrued entitlement on a pro rata basis you agree to reimburse the Employer for that excess holiday and agree that this reimbursement may be deducted from your salary.
6.5 All holiday must be agreed with the Employer in good time before the proposed holiday.
6.6 During busy period you may be required to work on public\Bank holidays.
6.7 The Employer may require you to take holidays at certain times.These periods will be deducted from your annual holiday entitlement referred to in clause6.1.you agree that the Employer can give you two week’s notice of compulsory holidays,and by signing this agreement you agree to vary the Working Time Regulations holiday notice provisions.
7.Sickness and Injury:
7.1 Should you be absent from work due to sickness injury or any other reasom,you will be paid only the Statutory Sick Pay to which you may be entitled at that time unless otherwise agreed by the Employer.
7.2 Due to the nature of the work the Employer Places importance on workers being fit for work and reserves the right to require you to undergo a medical examination at any time (ate the Employer’s expense) by a doctor appointed by the Employer.
