ignore the breakfast to save more time.So their health will be worse and
worse.
A scientist said,’There is a lot of meat
in lunch.If some one doesn’t have breakfast in the morning,it must be very
hungry at noon,then it eat too much meat for lunch,that it will be fatter.’
Another scientist said,’If a person who
don’t have breakfast for a long time,it will have a stomachache,even get
heart disease.’
The two scientists tell us,the breakfast
is very important.If we don’t eat breakfast well,we won’t have enough energy
for working and studying.

and juice.There much protein in eggs and milk.Milk is very healthy,warm milk
is better.Eggs are very delicious,and they can help us remember something
more quickly and more clearly.The bread is very good,they made from wheat.The
wheat is very healthy.There is a lot of starch,protein in the wheat and bread.
The juice is very sweet and healthy.There are much Vitamin A and Vitamin C in
the juice.
If you eat breakfast well,you will have
