21) There are several ways to keep my body healthy.firstly,I must stay away from tobacco,tobacco strongly causes cancer and brain injury.secondly,everybody knows exercise is the best way to maintaining health,but I don't think I have to train like an athlete to match Olympic Games qualifying,Simply taking stairs or riding a bicycle instead of bus can make a lot of difference.finally,I should eat fruit and vegetable everyday.I will carefully choose what I eat and drink in the future.
