Our great motherland,the People's Republic of China,has a great land,and also has a great population of 1,300,000,000(1.3 billon).So the problems which are caused by the population are getting more and more serious in cities and in the countryside,such as some people can't get food or water,some can't find the job,and so on.The government now is talking about the way to deal with the problems.For example,now they are doing birth control.That means:each family in China can only have one child,or they will be punished.
