都是询问交通方式的选择的,我愚笨的脑子认为两者没有显著区别,情态动词和一般现在时,可以混用,如果四选一填空的话,建议在另外两个选项里寻找答案
恩因为在tell me后面我们一般需要一个宾语从句，也就是有主有谓的完整的句子。用A的话其实也没什么大毛病，但不是很规范。
