不知道你是否完整安装了ANSYS,你可以尝试以下的方法,如下:
1.（1）装目录中有个crack文件夹(网上说有的命名为legend,我下的这个版本里命名为MAGNiTUDE,名字无所谓,
最重要的是找到ansys.dat、keygen.dat这两个文件),最好把文件夹拷出来,先运行WinHostId,得到flexid 和hostname.
（2）将文件夹中ansys.dat文件中的第一行“host”改成刚才得到的hostname,"000000000000"(12位)改成刚才得到的flexid,
注意安装的路径,默认是c:\program.（如果安装在别的盘里要记得改成相应的盘符和文件夹名称）,
第二行“DEAMON”改成“VENDOR”,保存.
（3）运行keygen.dat,即可生成一个license.dat文件.
2.右击打开“我的电脑”属性,"高级"中的环境变量,点击添加,输入变量名ANSYSLMD_LICENSE_FILE,变量值：1055@你的主机名（也就是上面得到的hostname）,
然后点击安装就可以了.
3.当出现“Is this a license server machine?” 点 “是”,接着下一步点击“否”,
其余全部按默认点击,完成整个安装过程.当出现finish按钮时,直接enter就可以了.
中间有一些不顺畅的地方,还需要从安装文件夹里licenseSetup再安装一下license,指向文件的时候选择ansya.dat,安装,
当出现“Is this a license server machine?” 点 “是”,接着下一步点击“是”,
其余全部按默认点击,完成整个安装过程,完后finish就可以了.
4.将第一步得到的license.dat文件拷贝到C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\Licensing（这个一定是在c盘的）
5.从开始--〉程序--〉ANSYS FLEXlm License Manager--〉FLEXlm LMTOOLS Utility
（1）找到config services标签,path to the license file项browse找到刚才拷贝在
C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\Licensing下的license.dat文件,再点save service按钮.
（2）找到start/stop/reread标签,白框内应该有ANSYS FLEXlm License Manager字样就行了,
点一下start server按钮,底下应该会出现start successfully...字样,这样基本就可以了.
如果你安装过程没有问题,那么有可能是你的硬件或操作系统不支持.
