One of my neighbour is a fat middle aged man,who lives next to my house,the first time I met him was on my way to school,my bike was broken,he helped my to repair it without thinking a moment.That was the second day he moved here.From then on,I always see him do morning exercise,and say "Morning" to each other.Gradually,I found he is such a kind person who always helps his neighbours,he is really a good neighbour.

Hi,everybody. I am standing here today to talk to you about my neighbor, Mr. ( ). Mr. ( ) lives one floor below my apartment, and I always meet him in the elevator when I leave my home at 8 o'clock. He goes to work at 8 o'clock too. He is a middle aged man, with a slightly large belly and a bald head. He has a son who goes to my school as well. Mr. ( ) is an extremely nice person. He often invites me to his apartment to have dinner, study with his son, or even take me out to movies. I like him very much.
