1.whom只做宾格,而who一般是做主格,但也可以做宾格.
2.当然也不是所有的whom都能用who去换.
规定:如果做介词的宾语,而且紧跟在该介词之后时,就不能用who,只能用whom.
3.该句如果写成Do you know to ___ I should talk about the matter?时,则只能用whom了.

2) I don't know to whom I should give the book.
