个人觉得意思差不多， 有本诗歌集叫Poetry Inspired by Life; inspired from life也有这么用的，都是灵感来自生活的意思

应该有区别的，主要是在介词的使用上的，by 主要是指借助什么而来做什么的，而from是从什么中得到或者源于什么的。
